You have 15 days to make a change or a return.

If you want to change size, coluor or product within Spain or Portugal, please send an email to returns@os2o.com or call us on (+34) 974 258 592. We´ll send your new product and will collect the wrong one from you. This cost amounts to 6.90€ in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal except the islands, Ceuta y Melilla).

If your prefer to return, please follow these steps:

 1. PLEASE SEND US the product, stating your name and order number, to:

                22700 Jaca - SPAIN

                You can do this by postal mailing, courier or even bringing the item physically to any of our shops. Please note that we don´t allow cash on delivery, and any possible tax will have to be paid by the customer.

2.  Apart from that, please send an email to returns@os2o.com, stating:

                Title: your order number.

                Message: Please state your full name and, optionally, the reason you return it.

3. Once we get your item, we´ll return your money to the same payment method you used.

Please remember that, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items such as underwear, masks... even if the bag has not been opened.
