PACK W-Series Insulated

A high-performance insulating garment for FAST&LIGHT activities in severe cold conditions, known for its very high thermal efficiency. It features two zippered pockets and two large exterior elastic pockets to carry gear in the easiest and quickest way possible, even with a harness.

Its outer fabric offers excellent wind and rain resistance (PFC-Free), which, combined with the Sorona® bio-synthetic fill panels (200 gr/m2 in the chest and 100 gr/m2 in the back, arms, and hood), ensures very high thermal protection and optimal breathability. The hood and articulated sleeves with elastic panels provide maximum mobility without any restriction.

Fabric

Outer Fabric: 100% High-stretch Nylon 20 Denier 0.05 ripstop, lightweight 40 g/m², windproof, DWR (Durable Water Repellency) treatment, PFC-free.

Side Fabric: 94% Polar Stretch Grid®, Polyester (94%) and Elastane (6%). Anti-pilling 4 (ISO 12945-2:2000). Mesh structure that enhances internal ventilation.

Insulation: Bio-polymer SORONA®, 37% Bio-Polyester and 73% Recycled Polyester. 200 g/m² in chest and back, 60 g/m² in arms for better mobility.

DuPont's Sorona® bio-synthetic insulation offers excellent thermal performance, is highly compressible, durable, quick-drying, and eco-friendly. It contains 37% renewable plant-based ingredients, such as corn, and is biodegradable under certain conditions. Sorona® fibers absorb very little water, retaining their thermal properties even in rain or humid conditions.

Inner Fabric: STORMFLEECE™ PRO

69% Recycled Polyester, 23% Polyester, 8% Spandex (4-way stretch).

Technology:
STORMFLEECE™ PRO fabric uses patented technology by Singtex® to create a single-layer fabric (without a membrane), made from nearly 70% recycled materials, that is capable of resisting wind and rain while offering excellent thermal insulation, high breathability, durability, and a very soft feel. The fabric has been created using a combination of techniques, and its innovative construction provides a fabric that leverages the strength and flexibility of fibers, while significantly reducing material consumption. Its densely woven structure minimizes fiber and yarn waste, resulting in a unique fabric with a durable exterior and a soft interior feel.
