Fabric

The OS2O Skimo Race Suit Pro is made with AeroSkin fabric, a blend of polyester (PES) and lycra (EA) in different proportions to provide an ergonomic, lightweight, and well-ventilated fit without compromising freedom of movement. Thanks to its lycra content, the garment maintains a snug yet comfortable fit, ideal for ski mountaineering competitions.

To enhance durability and performance in extreme conditions:

Reinforcement in the gluteal area: Black-dyed fabric with higher weight to prevent transparency.

Reinforcements in the lower leg area: Contains 15% Dyneema®, an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber known for its incredible strength and lightness.

Composition by zones:

Chest pockets and sleeves: PES - EA 90/10% (120 g/m²)

Body: PES - EA 85/15% (190 g/m²)

Back: Mesh fabric for enhanced breathability PES - EA 93/7% (85 g/m²)

Glutes and shoulders with silicone: PES - EA 84/16% (235 g/m²)

Lower legs: Ripstop fabric PA - Dyneema® - EA 78/15/7% (115 g/m²)

Maintenance

The OS2O Skimo Race Suit Pro is made with high-performance technical fabrics, 80% of which are sublimated. To preserve color quality, elasticity, and technical properties, follow these recommendations:

Machine wash cold (max. 30°C) on a delicate cycle.

Use neutral detergent and avoid fabric softeners or bleach, as they can affect breathability and sublimated colors.

Do not tumble dry. Air dry flat to prevent deformation.

Do not iron. Direct heat can damage the fabric structure and sublimation.

Do not dry clean or use harsh chemicals.

Following these guidelines will ensure maximum durability and performance of the garment.
