Placing an order implies acceptance of the following conditions
Payment Methods
Credit Card and Bizum
At the user's choice, payment can be made by credit card (credit or debit) with no additional charges. This type of payment is immediate. You will be redirected to the Servired payment gateway, where you can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, or MAESTRO cards; others such as AMERICAN EXPRESS are not accepted. OS2O will never have access to your card number or other account details, as the service is external to our servers. However, if you encounter any issues with the payment gateway, please do not hesitate to contact us at ventas@os2o.com
The Bizum payment system is also accepted, but PayPal is not.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
OS2O ships via Correos, Correos Express, GLS, UPS, and MRW, although we reserve the right to change the shipping method and courier company, provided it does not harm the customer or in exceptional circumstances.
Shipments to Mainland Spain (including Portugal)
If the order amount is less than €60, a shipping fee of €3.90 will be charged; if it is €60 or more, shipping is free.
The shipment will leave on the next business day after the order confirmation/payment is received, regardless of the purchase amount.
The courier delivers within 24h to 72h, with a maximum delivery on the third business day. Please note that this time frame starts counting on the same day of the order if payment is received before 12:00; otherwise, it will start counting from the next business day, as couriers usually collect shipments around 13:00. Also note that from late November to January 20, due to high order volumes, these delivery times are not always guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible if delivery is not made within the estimated time frame.
Deliveries to P.O. boxes or mailboxes are not accepted.
*Business days are Monday to Friday inclusive (consider possible local holidays), so if an order is shipped on Friday, the next business day for delivery is Monday, as deliveries are not made on Saturdays.
Courier delivery includes 2 delivery attempts. From the 3rd attempt onwards, the customer will have to pay the extra cost incurred or pick up their order from the courier’s logistics center. If the order cannot be delivered due to the customer’s absence or failure to collect it and is returned to origin, €9.90 will be deducted from the order amount. Additionally, if a specific delivery time slot is requested, this may incur additional costs that must be covered by the buyer. In case of return, the cost of the generated shipping fees (both outbound and return, typically €3.90 per leg for domestic shipments) will be deducted. Also note that express couriers usually deliver within 24 hours (business days), although they do not guarantee this time frame in 100% of cases. Finally, we recommend keeping your contact phone number available, as it is the only way couriers can reach you for delivery or any delivery-related issues.
If the customer-provided information, especially the postal code, does not match the delivery address, or if the customer wishes to change the delivery address after the package has been dispatched, OS2O will not be responsible for the costs generated by this error, and the customer will have to cover the cost of redirecting the order (usually €9.90).
If the buyer places an order and then modifies or cancels it for reasons beyond OS2O’s control, requiring a refund, 1% of the refundable amount will be deducted due to unpaid bank fees and refund handling costs.
If the order needs to be modified before shipment, the customer must contact us by phone to confirm that the modification has been processed. Sending an email does not guarantee that the modification will be considered before shipment, so OS2O cannot be held responsible in such cases.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands
Packages to the Balearic Islands are shipped via Correos or Correos Express.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
For these shipments, select your province from the dropdown menu in the "Addresses" section when confirming your order. Customs, IGIC, and import costs are included in the order price.
The estimated delivery time is 7–10 days, and the shipping cost is €19.90 (UPS). For orders over €150, shipping is free. The estimated delivery time depends on the product and destination. You can check it directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number we will provide during order confirmation. Any delays caused by customs are not included in the estimated delivery time.
International Shipments
Within the European Union, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 days, with a shipping cost of €14.90. Outside the European Union (United States, Mexico, Canada...), the estimated delivery time is 7–10 days, with a shipping cost of €24.90. For orders over €350, shipping is free. Customs and import costs are included in the order.
Select the country where you want the order to be shipped at checkout. Any delays caused by customs are not included in the estimated shipping time.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return or exchange it. Please note that this applies to all products except underwear (including socks, briefs, or panties), hygiene products (such as masks), or cleaning products (such as Nikwax), even if the packaging or bottle is unopened.
Exceptionally, at the end of the year, to allow for Christmas and Epiphany gifts, the return period is extended until January 15 for products purchased from December 5.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please check the following points first:
1. The product must be in perfect condition, with its tags, in its original packaging, and unused (we cannot accept products that have been used or smell of soap after being washed). It is very important that you return the product for exchange or return properly packaged. You can send the products back by mail (preferably by certified mail so that it can be tracked) or deliver them in-store. If the product is damaged due to improper packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.
