Placing an order implies acceptance of the following conditions


Payment systems

Credit card and Bizum

At the user's choice, payment can be made with credit card (credit or debit) without any surcharge. This type of payment is immediate. You will be transferred to Servired's payment gateway, where you can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO cards; others such as AMERICAN EXPRESS are not valid. OS2O at no time will they have access to your card number or other account details, as the service is external to our servers. However, if you have any problems with the payment gateway, feel free to contact us at sales@os2o.com

The payment system Other is also valid.


Shipment forms and delivery times

OS2O sends by Correos, Correos Express, GLS and MRW, although it reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is made, provided that it does not cause a detriment to the customer or in exceptional situations.

Shipments to Peninsula (including Portugal)

If the amount of the order is less than 60€, you will be charged 3.90€ for shipping costs.

The shipment will be dispatched on the next working day following the order confirmation/receipt, regardless of the purchase amount.

The courier delivers 24 to 72 hours, with maximum delivery on the third working day. Please note that this time starts counting on the day of the order if payment is received before 12h; otherwise, it would start counting from the next working day since the couriers pick up shipments after 13h. It should also be noted that from the end of November to 20 January, due to the high volume of orders, these deadlines are not always guaranteed. Therefore, we cannot be held liable if the delivery is not made on time.

Deliveries to post offices or mailboxes are not allowed.


*Working days are Monday to Friday included (taking into account possible local holidays), so if an order goes out on Friday, the next business day of delivery is Monday, as no deliveries are made on Saturday.

Sending by courier involves 2 delivery attempts. From the 3rd, the customer must pay the extra cost incurred. In addition, if a timeframe is specified, this delivery may generate additional costs for the buyer. In case of return, you will be deducted the amount of the costs incurred (both round-trip and round-trip, typically €3.90 for each journey in domestic shipments). Please also note that urgent couriers usually deliver within 24 hours (working days), although they do not guarantee this time in 100% of cases. Finally, it is advisable to keep an eye on the phone that you have left out of contact, as it is the only means that couriers have to contact you both for delivery and in case of any incident.

If the data provided by the customer, in particular the postal code, do not correspond correctly to the delivery address, or if the customer wants to change the place of delivery after the parcel has left, OS2O the customer will not be responsible for the costs incurred by this error, but will be responsible for re-channelling the order (usually €9.90).

If the buyer places an order and changes or cancels it for reasons other than: OS2O the amount paid has to be reimbursed, 1% of the amount to be reimbursed will be deducted due to unpaid bank fees and reimbursement management.

If the order is to be modified before it is sent, the customer must contact us by telephone to confirm that the modification has been taken into account. The sending of an e-mail does not imply that this modification could have been considered before it was sent OS2O in these cases.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands

Packages to the Balearic Islands are sent by post or express.

Shipments outside Spain

Depends on the country. Check the exact rate in each case by making a simulation of the purchase. It should be borne in mind that, depending on the country, customs charges may be levied which may differ and which the customer will have to bear.


Returns and changes

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return it (except for hygiene products such as masks, even if the bag is not open). Exceptionally at the end of the year, in order to make gifts for Christmas and Kings, the deadline is extended to 15 January for products purchased from 5 December. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please check the following:

The product must be in perfect condition, with labels, in its original packaging and unused (we cannot accept products that have been used or smell like soap after washing). It is very important that you return the product to us for exchange or return it perfectly packaged. You can send the products to us by post (preferably certified so you can follow up) or in store. If it is damaged due to improper packaging, we cannot accept returns.
