In case of a size exchange or product return, please access our returns portal*. Two options are available:
Size/Color Exchange: On our returns platform, you need to select the item you want to exchange and specify which new item you would like to receive. The cost of this return shipping is €5, which is paid during the return process. You can schedule a pickup at your home or drop it off at a delivery point. The item must be properly packaged (ideally in the same bag it arrived in, but if it's damaged, we recommend using paper or an opaque bag that prevents the contents from being visible, securely sealed with tape so it cannot open during transport). Once we receive the item, the selected item will be sent at our cost, with no charge to the customer. If you would like to exchange the item for a different product, you would need to proceed with a return.
Refund: On our returns platform, you need to select the item you want to return. The return shipping cost is €5, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. The return label will be sent by email, and you can schedule a pickup or drop it off at a delivery point. Once our logistics center receives the product, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 business days from when we receive the returned package.
It is also possible to send the item by your own means (or even in person, by you or someone on your behalf) to any of the OS2O stores for the exchange or return. The shipping address would be: Tienda OS2O - C/ Río Gállego 2 - 22700 Jaca (Huesca). This way, the full refund of the item’s price will be processed back to the same payment method used for the purchase.
EUROPE

The return label will be sent by email, and you can schedule a pickup or drop it off at a delivery point. Once our logistics center receives the product, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 business days from when we receive the returned package.
OUTSIDE EUROPE
Refund: The customer must send the item back by their own means for the return. The shipping address is: Tienda OS2O - C/ Río Gállego 2 - 22700 Jaca (Huesca). This way, the full refund of the item’s price will be processed back to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Remember, the return period is 15 calendar days from the moment the product arrives to the customer. After this period, the refund is not possible. Also, the items must be returned in perfect condition with the original tags.
For hygiene reasons, exchanges of underwear, socks, or cleaning products (like Nikwax), even if the packaging hasn’t been opened, are not accepted. If the products were purchased in-store, we offer a voucher with no expiration date for the value of the returned merchandise.
Additionally, if there is any damage to the products received, you must report it within 5 days of receiving the goods.
