No, hand washing should be avoided. OS2O technical clothes require a very good rinsing that it is very hard to achieve on a hand washing, and all traces of soap or detergent can damage your clothing, especially the membranes. Apart from that, if you hand-wash an O2 waterproof garment, and rub it too much, you run the risk of damaging the fabric and in this case it might be difficult to repair.
Yes, products with StretchShell are washed following general washing recommendations.
When using DWR treatment, it is important that after a few washes (between 6-10) it is necessary to re-apply the treatment.
To do this, we recommend using the specific Nikwax® SoftShell Proof products in a Wash-In version or as a Spray-On, follow the specific instructions for the product.

It is normal some down loss, specially through the seams. Occasionally, feathers tips may puncture the outer textile. Do not worry, it does not affect the clothes performance. When this happens, push the feather back in, and gently pass your hand over the area so down and feathers settle.
Do not pull the feather out, down and feathers are intertwined, and the result could be more feathers coming out.

Spain is usually 1 to 3 working days but, Canary Islands and Baleares could be twice. 24h deliveries are programmed to be shipped at the next working if purchase is made earlier than 14:00. However, we can not guarantie it during the busiest dates of the year (December and Juanary). Europe and worldwide shipping could take longer.

Ossososo's legend comes from the Himalayas: Longer than two thousand years ago there was a young yaks shepherd who was so in love with the mountains that left everything behind to live at the Snow Kingdom. He never came back.
Eversince, nomads who live at Butan, Tibet and Nepal belive that the young Ossososo became a god, and they thank him for allowing them to climb up his domains by throwing colored papers in the wind and proclaiming his name from tops and hills:

From OSSOSOSO our name went to OSSO so it would be easier and shorter, and finally, OS2O. A symmetric and international brand since we started selling abroad.
OS2O genetics come from the Pyrenees, but as a brand, it was born at the Himalayas, in Nepal.
We produce our clothes at different spots worldwide. Currently, the main ones are located in Spain and China. We are proud to say that the European production ratio is growing more than a 10% per year.
Part of our business strategy is to keep prices as low as possible during the whole year, that is why we only sell to the final cliente and do not sell to external stores to avoid intermediaries and thefore, price upgrades.On the other hand, we respect our customers who buy during any time of the year and who do not want to see the exact same products they just bought get cheaper just a few days later. So, besides some sporadic promo (Black Friday/Last sizes that we open temporarily with products that have not the full size breakdown), in OS2O we do not make sales.
Finally, we consider the best way of protecting the environment is buying high quality durable product when you need them and eliminating the idea of fast clothing and ¨buy and throw away¨. Many companies that promote themselves as environmentally friendly get rid of stocks at the end of each season because there is the new season coming. We consider that is not the right thing to protect the environment and therefore, accept that each product may have a different life cycle and can be in our stores for several seasons.Those are the reasons why we do not reduce prices for sales in OS2O. Prices are the same today as in 6 months time.
- Although many shops have shown interest in offering our products in their catalogs, be do not sell to external stores. The reason is to avoid a price increase due to the added intermediaries. So we only sell online or in our own stores.
Warranty
Our products are guaranteed for two years against all manufacturing defects. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear of use, or defects that in the opinion of our After-Sales Department have been caused by improper use. The After-Sales Department will repair or change the product at its sole discretion, and will only accept those products that are sent in the necessary hygienic and clean conditions.
