This warranty complies with the provisions of Article 116 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

OS2O products are warranted for two years against any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or defects deemed by our After-Sales Department to have been caused by improper use. The After-Sales Department will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion and will only accept products sent in the required clean and hygienic conditions. Repairs will be carried out only with the customer's prior acceptance of the corresponding estimate, if applicable.

1. This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects inherent to the product.

2. This warranty does not cover failures caused by:

- Normal wear and tear from use.

- Improper or non-standard use. For recommended usage of each model, refer to our online catalog at os2o.com.

- Inadequate care, washing, or maintenance. For correct care, see the guidelines provided on hang tags, box bases, inner labels, catalogs, and the website os2o.com. If you still have questions, you can contact us at ventas@os2o.com.
- Contact with external agents, including:

- Creams, deodorants, and other topically applied substances.
- Mountain-related elements such as sharp rock edges, branches, crampons, ice axes, etc.
- Aggressive materials like fire, animal excrement, acids, hydrocarbons, construction materials, etc.

- Discoloration caused by UV rays or similar factors.

In all cases, you can contact us at ventas@os2o.com, where, with or without warranty, we will try to provide the most suitable solution for your situation. Please provide:

- A general photo of the product.
- One or more detailed photos of the affected area.
- The purchase receipt and date.

After an examination by the company's After-Sales Department within a reasonable time, and if the defect is covered by the warranty, OS2O may either repair or replace the product at no cost if repair is impossible or disproportionate. The replacement product will match the original as closely as possible, depending on the availability of the model/color in our warehouses.
